About SunTouristik

SunTouristik is a tour operator in Egypt, especially for German and/or English-speaking guests. We have been offering our service since 2024. We are experienced and known for our good organization, so you can just sit back and enjoy your vacation.

Booking Process

To make a reservation, please follow these steps:

• Choose from our wide range of fantastic excursions and add them to your shopping cart.
• As soon as the booking is made, you will receive your vouchers, pick-up times and everything else by email.

Payment Methods

You can pay the entire amount in advance via PayPal or on site in Egypt.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are free of charge.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.
• Weather Conditions: Tours may be canceled by SunTouristik due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Booking Changes

Changes and deviations from the agreed content of the travel description are only permitted if they are not significant and do not affect the overall structure of the booked trip (so-called minor changes). Otherwise, you can use our private tours to make changes to the tour that meet your needs.

Liability

SunTouristik accepts no liability for loss of personal items, illness, flight delays or changes to the hotel. We will do everything we can to protect our customers and their personal property. No liability is accepted for private incidents that occur outside the tour operators area of responsibility. Nor is liability accepted outside the tour program.

Prices for Children

SunTouristik offers special prices for children for day trips. Children from 1 to 4 years old can book for free. Children from 5 to 11 years old receive a 50% discount. Tours with flights are excluded.

If you experience any inconvenience during your trip, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
